Privacy

The SeolLab website provides central account sign-in and accepts inquiries. Details about registration, verification and optional information are available in the Account privacy notice. Payments and analytics cookies are not in use on this website.

Inquiries

Your name, email, subject and message are required to confirm receipt and respond to an inquiry. A receipt notice is sent to the email address you enter. Company or organization and phone details are collected only if provided. The original inquiry is retained for one year from receipt and then deleted. Copies sent to the responsible staff are managed in their work mailbox using the same retention period.

You cannot use the inquiry form without agreeing to the collection and use of personal information. You can still contact us by email. For access, correction or deletion of your personal information, contact contact@seollab.pro.

Cloudflare provides the inquiry form, storage and email delivery. Google Workspace provides the staff work mailbox. Confirmation of an inquiry's receipt does not confirm staff email delivery or a completed reply.

Member account

Your Google account identifier and verified email are used for sign-in and account linking. We store your SeolLab member ID, chosen nickname, account status and creation/update times. We do not request your Google name, profile photo, Drive or email content, or disclose your email or Google identifier publicly.

Essential sign-in cookies expire within seven days. A temporary cookie verifies the return from Google and lasts up to ten minutes. Signing out ends the current session. Rate limiting uses an IP/time-interval hash and attempt count for up to 15 minutes. Expired temporary records are cleaned up during subsequent sign-ins.

Nickname changes and account deletion are available in My account. Account deletion removes member data, Google account links and all login sessions from the active service database. Recovery backups may retain separate copies; retention and deletion periods will be finalized before public launch.

Administration and quotations

Website administration uses central SeolLab account sign-in only. The administrator account is seol@seollab.pro. No separate administrator key or administrator-specific session cookie is used.

Verified @seollab.pro accounts receive SeolLab staff status. Staff status alone does not grant website administration or individual Notes, Mail or ERP permissions.

Quotations store recipient, contact and transaction details entered by the operator. Issued quotations and PDFs are accessible through their shared links and do not appear in site listings or search. Internal notes are excluded from customer quotations.

Service delivery

Google provides sign-in authentication. Cloudflare provides hosting, diagnostics and data/file storage. Access logs may be processed according to those services' settings.

Before public launch, a privacy policy will specify the operator, contact channels, processed data and retention periods. Refer to each App or Market service's own information.
